Organic Patterned Twill Plisse - Black

Light-to-medium weight twill polyester fabric. It’s is semi-opaque with a good drape and crinkled texture. The textile has circles (in larger crinkle) running evenly throughout the fabric. It also has some stretch to it due to the crinkled nature of fabric.
