Refund policy

Sale Terms: At Fabric Lab, we work hard to ensure accurate representations of products listed on our website, we do our very best to photograph and represent our fabrics with colour accuracy, however colours may appear differently depending on your device/monitor. If you are unsure of a fabric, you're welcome to order samples to get an idea of the weight/colour before purchasing. Samples are $5 for a 10cm by 10cm square. Please email with a list of samples that you would like prior to purchasing. Refund/Exchange Policy All sales are final. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we do not offer refund or exchange for incorrect purchases or change of mind once the fabric has been cut, so please select carefully before placing your order. In the unlikely event that the fabric you have received is faulty or incorrect from what you have ordered, we will either replace the fabric at no charge or if the fabric is no longer available we will refund the fabric cost. To be eligible for a return/refund, claims must be made within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at info@fabriclab.com.au to make your claim or if you have any questions regarding our refund/exchange policy. For products that are not cut fabric: Please make a claim for a refund/exchange within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase for change of mind. We will offer a replacement or refund for faulty items. Refund Process (if applicable) To return your product, please either mail the product or bring the product in-store to: Fabric Lab 147 Brunswick Street Fitzroy Victoria, 3065 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you in person, via email or phone that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The credit will appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days and depends on your bank. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@fabriclab.com.au Return Shipping You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
