Satin Steel Checkerboard Basket Weave - Silver

Polyester satin in silver. A heavyweight fabric comprised of satin strips woven in a checkerboard basket weave. It has a structured drape, opaque coverage, and no stretch. 

We recommend tracing your patterns onto the fabric with a basting stitch before cutting to prevent the woven satin strips from coming apart and compromising the integrity of the woven design of this fabric.

There is a non-woven white fusible interfacing on the reverse side of this fabric. This interfacing helps prevent the basket weave coming undone. We do not recommend removing this interfacing as the woven satin strips are loose without the interfacing and will come apart.
