Appliqué Fringe Stripe Chiffon - Black

A black polyester chiffon with stipes of short fringe machine applique along the warp of the fabric. Fringe pile length is approx. 2cm. Medium weight, with a slightly voluminous drape and little to no structure, a furry plush handle, semi-transparent, with the fringe stripes adding some opaqueness, matte appearance and no give in either direction.
