Pebble Grain Faux Leather - Black

A polyester knit fabric with a cowhide-like PU coating to create a natural pebble grain look faux leather. Heavy weight with a voluminous drape and minimal structure, opaque with a soft, cowhide leather handle, medium glossy appearance, slight amount of give in the weft direction and no give in the warp direction.

Composition: 100% Polyurethane (coating), 100% Polyester (base)

Thickness: 0.9 mm (±0.05 mm)

This faux leather has a unique multi-layered PU coating that can be rubbed off with alcohol applied on a cloth rag or cotton swap to reveal a lighter toned leather underneath. This technique could be used after sewing to add a worn, edgy distressed look to your garment, applying particular attention to areas which would usually show more wear like around the hem and seams.
