Knife Pleated Striped Chiffon - Ivory (Deadstock)

Strips of chiffon fabric running along the fabric warp, knife pleated, with heat finished edges (no fray) machine sewn onto the same chiffon fabric base. Much heavier weight and lower drape than plain chiffon fabric. Stripes are mostly opaque while fabric between the stipes is sheer.
