Wrinkle Textured Tulle - Light Slate Grey

Polyester loose warp-knit tulle mesh in light slate blue. This lightweight fabric has been heat manipulated creating a unique wrinkled / crinkled plisse texture, which appears most visible when fabric is under no tension / unstretched. Great for layering over other fabric and garments of a different colour or shade. It has a fluid drape, sheer coverage, and high dimensional stretch.
