Soft Crumpled Bonded Plisse Organza - White

Medium-heavy weight loose weave polyester organza with a soft woven fusible interfacing backing. The interfacing has a delicate hold; it can be peeled off easily, but left on gives the organza a soft crumpled look, some opaqueness and stability. While this fabric holds some structure, it is less structured than our other Bonded Plisse Organza fabrics and has a much softer handle and a heavy, full of volume drape. Semi-transparent coverage, a shimmery look and very slight give in both directions.
