Wavy Tire Track Plisse Organza - Black

A black polyester satin faced organza with a repeating wavy bubbly heat-set texture, appearing as tire tacks, snakeskin, or wind erosion on sand. Light to medium weight with a bouncy, voluminous drape and semi-transparent coverage. There is moderate give in the weft direction due to the pleating manipulation, and no give in the warp direction.
