Foil Floral Printed Plisse - Black/Gold

Polyester plain weave plisse with a black base, and a gold foiled floral motif. This medium weight fabric has been tightly woven in a plain weave structure, and treated with a rough, pleated handle. It has a structured, bouncy drape, opaque coverage, and slight ease along the weft.
