Woodgrain Plisse Matelassé Satin - Crimson

This fabric is loose double woven, with a satin-weave technical face and a heavy knit jersey reverse - the layers are joined by a loose thread. The knit backing is smooth and flat, while the satin face has a fine crinkled corrugated handle, similar to a wood grain or bark texture.

Heavy weight with a voluminous drape, a decent amount of give in the weft direction and no give in the warp direction.
